As part of the Central Coast Council’s ongoing commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and connected public spaces, the 3.7-kilometre Magenta Cycleway now provides residents and visitors with a clearly defined route between The Entrance and Toukley. This significant upgrade was made possible through the expert contribution of Iconic Linemarking, whose specialised skills ensured the pathway was finished to the highest standards of visibility, safety, and usability.

The scope of work required precise line marking across the entire stretch of the cycleway, incorporating universally recognisable pedestrian and bicycle symbols to clearly differentiate usage zones. Our team prepared the surfaces with care, applied durable, weather-resistant coatings, and utilised high-contrast markings that maintain visibility under a wide range of light and weather conditions. To further support safe navigation, stencilled directional arrows and signage were strategically placed at key entry and transition points along the route.

This project was carefully scheduled and delivered in stages to minimise disruption to the surrounding community and ensure public access was maintained during the works. By collaborating closely with Council representatives and local stakeholders, Iconic Linemarking ensured that the project aligned with broader urban planning goals and complied with all safety and accessibility standards.
